A mixed-use, phased development on a 4.8-acre site featuring 800 luxury apartments across two 8- and 14-story buildings, 17,000 SF of retail, and a 1,210-space structured parking garage. Positioned within the heart of Nova Southeastern University’s emerging district, the project blends residential living, academic proximity, and lifestyle-driven amenities into a unified vertical village.

As Design Lead, I guided the architectural vision, massing strategy, façade articulation, and overall project character—ensuring the development expresses a cohesive identity across all phases while responding to context, scale, and program. My role also included directing visualization efforts and shaping the project narrative for presentations and client coordination.
