I’m JP Singian, a designer with more than two decades of experience across high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, malls, cruise-ship interiors and more. I bring a real-world understanding of large-scale projects to every new idea.

That experience extends into furniture, lighting, products, art and branding. I connect creative vision with spatial judgment and practical design experience to bring ideas to life.

A designer’s eye.
An infinite mindset.

I’m JP Singian, a designer based in Orlando. My practice moves across architecture, interiors, products, art and emerging technology.

My work spans high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, interiors and product design. More than two decades in design have shaped one constant belief: every project is an opportunity to imagine something better.

My journey began at twelve. Early work on Dubai’s Palm Islands, design competitions for Royal Caribbean and collaborations with Bjarke Ingels Group helped shape a practice built around curiosity, rigor and the possibility of something original.

Based in Orlando, with residential, multifamily and mixed-use design experience across South Florida. Architectural project conversations are considered in the context of my role at Dorsky + Yue; independent design and visualization engagements depend on the scope and fit.
